Provided gear includes a mountain bike, helmet, gloves, water, and all taxes. Not included: meals, insurance, snacks, and tips. Not suitable for: kids under 12, low fitness, mobility or heart issues, or anyone without insurance. What to bring: passport, rain gear, sun protection, insect repellent, and snacks. Trail info: mixed terrain, basic lodging — good fitness and biking skills required.
